Our sales team will find you the right trademan depending on the job, all our members have different skills levels in which they work, we will find the one best suitable to carry out the work.
I can't find any tradesmen listed on this site?
This website is not a directory we do not list our tradesmen members, we personally find you the right tradesman for the job required, just call us on 0800 6800 324 or request a free quotation by clicking the Book a Tradesmen on the main menu
What happens if a Tradesman gets bad feedback?
This is a rare event because our members know that unsatisfied customers will give poor scores and negative feedback which can result in their membership being suspended, if however this does occur, we contact the customer the Tradesmen and mediate between them until the problem is resolved and the customer is happy
What do i do if something goes wrong?
If you are not entirely satisfied with the tradesmen we have sent to you, you must contact us immediately on 0800 6800 324, we will then do whatever we can to resolve the issue, customer satisfaction is our main priority
Do i have to pay for this service?
No this service is completely free for you to use
