Good tradespeople are usually found by word of mouth, which works right up until you move house or need someone this week. Meanwhile skilled trades spend their evenings chasing leads and paying commission on work they won themselves.
We built an association rather than a lead marketplace. Members are checked before they are listed, homeowners contact them directly, and nobody pays for an introduction.
